La Parisienne Bakery Quality and tradition
Since its opening, La Parisienne Bakery has applied a simple philosophy: use traditional methods with the finest of ingredients and a slow fermentation process to produce high quality artisanal breads.
Our bread is shaped by hand and followed by a lengthy fermentation process that may go up to 72 hours. This gives it its unique taste, flavor and texture. No preservatives or chemicals are added. We offer a large variety of breads with many different flavors, shapes and sizes.
This bread is named after a wonderful Parisian artisanal baker who taught and inspired Stephanie and Ali to pursue their passion for traditional bread making.

No success could be possible without the hard work and commitment of our employees as well as the appreciation and support of our clients. Thank you.
Driven by quality and a profound devotion to food, the people I seem to enjoy most are the one that share the same passion. Growing up in Provence, I've learned from my father to listen to bread. He would say that the bread was singing, when he would gently squeeze the crust between his fingers and carefully listen to the sound that would reveal how perfect it was made and what to expect, (I should mention that my father had been a baker at the time when breads were made and shaped by hand). Then he would turn the bread upside down and knocking (as one would on a door) he brought the precious loaf closer to his ear listening to the response. Without a word, his facial expressions reveled his feeling. If he was completely satisfied, he would break one end off and share it with me. The aromas, textures and the taste were a treat that would rejoice my heart.
A decade ago I met Ali, a master artisanal baker with a heart, passion and knowledge that reminded me of my childhood; it is the feelings and passion that my friend Ali has, that allows him to create breads like only other bakers might dream of.

Embarek Ali-Bey is a talented Master Artisan Baker who managed to rediscover the flavor and authenticity of great bread.
Creating a beautiful dough, and feeling it under your hands, full of life as you knead it, is a true pleasure. Combined with the wonderful smell of warm bread, it takes you back to the sweetness of childhood years. Only artisanal bread can bring you so much pleasure.
Ali's bread is in the image of its maker: simply the best.
